This innovative Excess 11 is perfect for sailors of all levels, featuring dual helms at the aft hulls for excellent visibility, a simple sail plan with a self-tacking jib, and a deck-stepped mast for a low center of effort, making it easy to sail even when single-handed.

The lively helm and thrilling sensations are enhanced by lighter furniture and a sleek, efficient hull design. The aft-positioned alloy mast provides a balanced sail plan and a spacious foredeck, resulting in a sporty catamaran that handles changing winds and rough seas with superior speed and agility – for an exhilarating sailing experience.

Comfort inside & out

Space, comfort and storage aboard the Excess 11 catamaran is surprisingly sufficient for its modest 37-foot size. Both on deck and below, you’ll enjoy ample living areas and efficient storage space ideal for everything from weekend sailing, to chartering or liveaboard cruising.

The boat’s large aft cockpit area provides plenty of room for lounging or dining during time at anchor – perfect for socializing with fellow sailors or simply enjoying some quiet time outdoors.

The salon’s light, bright, and clean-lined design features premium solid wood cabinetry and high-quality upholstery. The salon and galley feel airy and roomy, boasting plenty of refrigeration, countertop space, and seating, while large windows flood the interior with natural light and provide full views of your surroundings.

On the foredeck, traditional trampolines serve to keep the boat’s weight in check, while removable lounge cushions can be used at anchor for sunbathing or napping in comfort.

Below, the guest cabins offer plenty of headroom and comfortable berths, ensuring that crew members can rest easy after a long day on the water.

The Excess 11 is available in 3-cabin or four-cabin configurations, each with two baths – one in the port “owner’s suite” hull (with the three cabin layout) and a second shared by the two guest cabins to starboard. The shared head and shower arrangement allows for larger sized bathroom spaces and greater comfort.
